- Roll it up tightly from one end to other end while applying a besan mixture in each fold
- Place all the roll in steamer cook for 20 minutes
- Keep aside to cool for 10 minutes
- Cut the rolls
- Heat the oil in pan add sesame seeds, mustard seeds,hing,
- Add patra and mix well
- Garnish it Green coriander leaves and dessicated coconut
