  7. For Dough take wheat flour add salt and oil and knead smooth dough cover it and let it rest for 10/20 minutes you can take half wheat flour and half maida I have taken full wheat flour
  8. Make balls of Pooran like lemon size
  9. Take same size portion from dough as you have make balls from pooran
  10. Stuffe it and roll it on the rolling board with light hands not very thick not thin
  11. On tava at medium hot flame apply bit oil and place the rolled poli and roast it from both the sides when bit brown apply ghee and flip and do the same at other side too your pooran Poli is ready serve it with curd I have served it with curd and rabri too
