  2. Get 1 bowl soyabean chunks

  8. Get momos chutney
  9. Take 2 tomatoes

  12. Take 2-3 tbsp vinegar
  13. Make ready as per taste salt
  14. Get 1/2 tsp black pepper
  15. Prepare 1 tsp sugar
  16. Get 6-7 garlic cloves

Instructions to make Soyabean Momos:
  1. Momo Chutney - Boil tomatoes and red chillies with 1 tsp vinegar.strain it. let it cool down. blend in mixer grinder. add some salt as per taste in the paste. add red chilli powder.add black pepper powder. add vinegar to make the paste little watery.
  2. Chop garlic cloves. take tadka pan. add 1-2 tsp oil. add chopped garlic cloves. cook it for 20 secs. now add this garlic tadka in the chutney. cook the chutney on low heat for few minutes. add little more vinegar acc to your taste. let chutney cool. it's reday
  3. Momo - Knead the dough with all-purpose flour with some oil and water. let it rest for 20 minutes by covering it with wet muslin cloth.
  4. Boil soyabean chunks with some salt. strain it. roughly cut soyabean into small pieces.chop onion. take kadai or pan. add 1-2 tsp oil. add onions. let cook onions till light golden brown. dont overcook onions. add chopped soyabeans. cook it for 1-2 minutes. add some salt and soya sauce. cook it for another 1-2 minutes. sprinkle some vinegar(very less). soyabean filling is ready.
  5. Now very small ball of dough and flatten it with rolling pin to make very small roti. add soyabean filling in centre. now close the roti like we do while making stuff paranthas. you can also use gujiya makers for it. do the same step for making other momos.
  6. Momos can either be cooked in idli maker (microwave or stove) or you can place Pateela on gas filled with some water. donot add much water as lesser the water more space for steam. now place a plate having holes in it on pateela. place momos on the plate and cover it with any lod which completely covers the momos. momos will be steamed within 3-4 minutes. check in between if skin of maidacstarts to look transparent.
  7. Momos are ready. serve them with momos Chutney, some sliced onions, lemon and chaat masala.
