  6. After 3 hours remove the mixture from the refrigerator and cut it in long pieces
  7. In a bowl put 1 tbsp Corn Flour and add water to make batter
  8. Now add chilli flex pepper powder, chat masala and pinch of salt and mix well
  9. Now dip milk pieces in corn flour batter and coat them in bread crumbs and fry them carefully till they are golden brown in colour.
  10. Milk paida is ready
  11. Enjoy with chutney or sause
