I had one big cauliflower in my refrigirator and it was a sunday so I thought Ill make Gobe as snacks. When I made it was lots for us , then i decided to make Gobi manchurian as sidedish for night. Steps to make Gobi 65:
- In a mixing bowl add all the listed ingredients for batter and add 1/4 cup of water and mix well
- Now boil water with turmeric powder and 1/2 tsp of salt, when water started boiling add cauliflower florets, and switch of the flame, and cover a lid for 1/2 an hour
- Now drain the water well from the cauliflower and add all the listed ingredients for gobi marinate
- Now pour prepared batter and mix thoroughly, do not add any additional water
- Now heat a deep pan with enough oil and fry batches till the cauliflower turns golden brown, drain and place in paper napkins to drain the excess oil
- Finally, garnish with fried curry leaves and green chillies and enjoy hot hot
