Instructions to make Khoya kaju paneer sabzi:
- In a pan roast cashews and leave aside
- In a food processor add tomatoes, coriander,onion, cream, ginger, garlic,green chilli,kasoori methi, khoya and 1:4 cup cashews. Blitz it to a paste.
- In a pan add oil and cumin seeds. Once the oil is hot add the paste and let it cook for a minute. Add turmeric, chilli powder, salt, garam masala and cumin powder. Cover and let it cook for few minutes until the oil leaves sides. Add water if necessary.
- Add the cashews and paneer and let it cook for another 5 minutes.
- Serve in a dish and garnish.
Super easy and fast gravy made using paneer and yogurt. It goes perfectly well with plain roti or naan bread. Quick and easy paneer sabzi or dahi paneer which taste super delicious. This goes great with roti or pulao. I made this yesterday as a part of my thali recipe.
