Instructions to make Moonglet:
  1. Soak moong and urad dal overnight. Blend it to make a smooth paste in the morning. Keep the batter aside for fermentation for 2-3 hours.

Add some water to make the batter neither too thick and neither too thin. Mix it really well.
  3. Add salt to taste. mix it. Batter is ready. Take a non stick pan or iron skillet. Put it on. heat and apply some oil with brush on the tawa. pour the batter on the tawa and spread it by lifting and moving the tawa. pour some more batter if required. let it cook on low heat for around 4-5 minutes.
  4. Flip the moonglet to cook it on the other side for around 3-4 minutes. Turn off the heat and take out the moonglet. It's ready to serve.
