  1. In a pan add water,sugar and green cardamons and bring to boil on medium flame as sugar dissolves add yellow food colour and lemon juice and reduce the flame to Minimum
  2. In a bowl add milk powder, all purpose flour,suji,baking powder and also ghee and egg (at room temperature) and mix well and form a dough. Now make small balls from dough make sure there's no cracks in balls and they are shiny greasy.(i made 15 balls)
  3. In a wok pour oil for frying and keep flame at low so oil temperature remains not very hot add one small ball in oil and wait till it floats in oil..now it's time to add all small dough balls and wait till all balls floats on oil now increase the flame to medium and cook till golden brown
  4. Add fried golden brown balls in sugar syrup and turn off flame..cover balls in hot syrup and wait for 15 minutes
  5. Your delicious gulab jamun are ready to be served
