  1. Make ready 1 bunch bathua saag
  2. Prepare 1/2 bunch spinach
  3. Make ready 1 tsp salt
  4. Get 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
  5. Prepare 100 gms moong masoor dal (mixed)
  6. Make ready 10 cloves garlic
  7. Get 2 onions
  8. Prepare 2 green chillies
  9. Make ready 1 tbsp ghee

Put both bathua and sarson in a karahi and cover the lid. Cook on low flame till they become tender.   3. When the pressure is released from the cooker, then use a wooden hand blender to mix the dal.
  4. Tadka: Heat ghee in a pan add chopped garlic and onions fry till golden then add hing and chilli powder.. stir and add to the dal when it is hot. Serve hot bhathua saag daal with roti or rice.
