- Boil potatoes, peel and mashed, add chopped onion coriander, mint leaves, hari mirchi, salt, chat masala,haldi, lal mirchi, mango powder and mix well
- In a bowl add besan, lal mirchi, haldi, salt,soda, hari mirchi, coriander,amchur,oil, andmix well by using water into running batter.now take a bread and cut all the brown sides of the bread
- Now place the bread, add tomato ketchup on one side, add potato mixture, cover with plain bread, and cut into triangular shape.
- Meanwhile heat oil ina pan, dip the bread into besan batter and add in a medium heat oil for frying the bread pakodas, fry the pakodas on both for 2-4 minutes, till it cooks crispy and brownish colour.. serve hot😋
