  1. Take a wok add clarified butter, bay leaf, cinnamon stick, green cardamom, fry it 1 min till aroma start comes.
  2. Then add Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan), fry it 2-3 mins. then add dry fruit,
  3. Water, sugar and mix it all ingredients then
  4. Cover it until water get dry.
  5. Vermicelli (Saiwaiyan) is ready. Garnish with dry fruit & desiccated coconut.
