  6. Then cover tightly and cook for about 30 to 45 minutes adding water at interval to avoid burning. Bring out one of moin moin after cooking for 35 minutes to check if it is done, check again after ten minutes.
  7. Serve with ogi, or custard, although I took mine with veggetable.
