  1. For the dough : mix maida,water and pinch salt. Make it soft dough and rest it for 20 minutes
  2. For momo chutney: 1- boil red chillies, tomato in water and peel off the skin
  3. 2- In a mixer add ginger,garlic, onion and boiled tomato and chilli. Add pinch salt and make it paste
  4. 3- Take a kadai,add 1spn oil and heat the chutney for 3-4 mintues. Don't add water. Now chutney is ready
  5. For stuffing: In a pan /kadai add oil, cabbage, black pepper powder and soya sauce. Stir it for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat and add salt and mint leaves.
  6. Do not over cook.
  7. Making momos: make equal balls out of the dough balls
  8. Make round shape out of the small balls and stuff 1 spn of the cabbage mixture and fold it in the shape of momos of your choice. Repeat and keep it in a greased plate
  9. In a cooker/steamer place the momos plate and cook it for 15- 20 minutes. until it's cooked completely.
  10. Take out and serve hot with the chutney!!!!
