- Then marinated the prawns with the paste along with mustard oil, turmeric powder and salt as per taste. Rest it for half an hour.
- Cut the banana leaves in approx 8 inches length.then boil the leaves in salted water for 2-3 mins.
- Then wrap the marinated prawns in banana leaf and tie a knot with string.
- Lastly fry it in mustard oil. Have it with rice.
