Instructions to make Sukto:
- Heat oil and fry the lentil dumplings and remove
- Now add the bitter gourd sliced and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder and remove it crisp and brown
- Now add oil and fry the brinjals and keep aside
- Add rest of the veggies and saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Cover it adding warm water
- Add the gourd slices,Brinjal and dumplings
- Add mustard paste and sugar mix well and switch off
- It is time for serving
