- Finely chop the onions and mince the garlic. Place in a microwave safe bowl, cover with plastic wrap, microwave for 1 minute at 500W, and let cool.
- Cut the shrimp into 1 cm chunks, and smash with a knife to increase their viscosity. It is an easy job if you use the back of a knife.
