  9. Get 1 teaspoon Mirin
  10. Get 2-3 teaspoons Soy Sauce
  11. Make ready 1/2 teaspoon Wasabi
  12. Take 1 teaspoon Grated Ginger

Zuke-don marinade is a mixture of soy sauce, sake and mirin. If you like sashimi, I strongly recommend making maguro no zuke-don.
