Making Jollof Spaghetti is almost the same as making the Nigerian Jollof Rice, I only add a little twist to this recipe to make it a more suited for Spaghetti. Note: My mixed vegetables consist of Carrots, Green Beans, and Sweet Peas but feel free to use any choice of Vegetables. Jollof Spaghetti or Spaghetti Jollof is a quick meal, that got it's name from the popular Nigerian Jollof Rice.
Instructions to make Macaroni and spaghetti jollof:
- Blend all the ingredients together and keep it aside
- Set a pot on fire with oil when hot add the ingredients and fry for 3mns then add water, salt, Maggie Curry and cover the pot until it boils
- Add the spaghetti and macaroni,stir and close the pot until cooked, remove from fire and serve
