- Fry your spaghetti in oil until it turns brown.
- Drain the excess oil from the fried spaghetti
- In another pot,boil water enough to cook the spaghetti and cook the fried spaghetti until almost soft.
- In a work pan,add little oil and fry the scoth bonnet onion,ginger & garlic for about 1min,add in the carrots afterwards.
- Add little water to the carrots and allow to soften a bit.
- When done,add in the cooked fried spaghetti,a table spoon of soy sauce &seasonin. Stir fry them all together until they are completely mixed.
- Check for seasoning,if OK,turn off the heat and add in the bell pepper.
- Serve in a dish and garnish with parsley.
