Mutton Bone Soup: I prepare this mutton bone soup, specially for my aged Grandmother once in a while. It is very nutritious, easily digestible and tasteful. The recipe is my Grandmother's, only difference is I have used a pressure cooker to make the soup. Mutton soup, flavoured with spices, is included in the post delivery diet for women to regain their strength.

- In a pressure cooker pour gingelly oil then add cinnamon,clove,cardamom wait till it pop.
- Now add chopped onion, salt and chilli saute well then add ginger garlic paste till the raw smell is gone and the colour changed into golden brown.
- Add the tomato wait till its become mashy then add coriander leaves, mint leaves, mutton bone, turmeric,cumin and pepper saute till oil break seperately.
- Add water and cover the lid and cook for 5-6 whistle then cook for 10mins in a low flame.
- Now switch off the flame and the healthy sup is ready to drink 🍲
