  9. After that close the flame and uncover the lid. Let it cool for few minutes and then carefull remove the rolls from steamer pan. YOu can use spoon/knife for help
  10. Once all the rolls are done, cut them into small rings.Heat oil in a non stick pan and cook the rings for 2-3 mins until golden brown.
  11. Place the sliced bread rolls on a plate and add tamarind and green chutney on top. Sprinkle sev,peanuts and onion as per your taste.
