  3. Pinch a small lemon sized ball and flatten it. with the help of both thumbs start pressing the edges and create a dent in centre. now scoop a tablespoon of prepared stuffing.
  4. Close the top by pinching and making it pointed. place the kadabu in steamer leaving gaps in between. cover and steam the kadabu for 10 minutes or till the shiny texture appears on them

Drain thoroughly, cool and sprinkle with salt and garlic salt. I used a rice steamer and the flavor of the chickpeas is totally different (almost like a peanut) from the canned or the usual boiled flavor. A healthy dessert recipe made with chickpeas!
