  5. Fry Shiitake mushroom and Kanikamaboko and put cooked rice.
  6. Season Dashi powder black pepper and soy sauce then add fried egg.

It makes it a complete dish. Chicken Fried Rice that's made with brown rice and lean chicken breast instead of white rice and ham. I had a request to make Japanese fried rice so that is what I am going to do. I don't own a hibachi style grill like they use in the restaurants so I am just using a skillet, but the results are pretty much the same.
