  3. After 6 to 7 minutes add all spices except cummin powder green chillies and Fresh coriander
  4. Now bhoonofy well…. Add diced onions…. Just saute for a minute…and turn off the heat…let it cool on room temperature then add all remaining ingredients… coriander. cummin powder.. green chillies… Mix well
  5. Now take ready made samosa pati….. Make paste of flour then make a cone with samosa sheet add 2 tbs of masala and cover it completely and then seal by applying flour paste at the end…
  6. Heat plenty or enough oil in a wok and fry samosas on medium to high flame… Until golden brown….. Yeah delicious samosas are ready…..
