- Take a big bowl add rava,besan and curd and mix well add mix chopped capsicum, corrinder salt,chilli, turmeric,ginger garlic paste and mix well add required amount of water and make a thick paste
- Heat oil in a nonstick pan add mustard seeds and curry leaves
- Mix eno into the batter and give a slight mix throughout the batter immediately drop the batter into the pan cook covererd for 5 minutes filp and cook for five minute till the crust is crisp
- Take it out and serve with green chutney
