  3. Now add the beef back in the pot.and add the salt tomato paste and crashed tomato and the sugar cook at medium heat till it starts to boil than add one cup of water and add the shredded tomatoes and peppers
  4. At this point peal the potatoes and cut them in to wedges and put all the carved peppers tomatoes and potatoes in to a big baking pan. Now put the oven to 350f to start warming up
  5. Add the rice in to the pot with the ground beef and keep cooking at low heat till rice is aldente
  6. Now stuff the peppers and tomatoes with the beef mixture add some salt and oil on top of them and add the remaining water in to the baking pot cover and cook in oven for about 2 hrs
  7. After 2 hrs uncover and cook for an additional 30 min till ready. Not a very easy recipe but it's worth it trust me Enjoy
