- Take a bowl add Rava, curd,salt,Eno & water mix well properly batter.
- Take a Idli mould first Grease in oil then pour the batter.
- Steam at 10 minutes.
- After 10 minutes,make Idlhi cool down then give bagar
- Take fry pan add oil mustard seeds, jeera, green chillies,curry leaves, red chilli, kitchen king masala
- Add Idli mix well. Garnishing with coriander leaves.
