- Heat a pan/tawa. Grease with 1 tsp oil and add 1 ladle full of batter and spread on tawa. Cover and cook for few minutes.
- Turn when it's golden brown. Cook from other side for 2 mins. And take it out from tawa. Repeat the process for remaining batter.
- Serve with tomato sauce or any chutney of your choice. Enjoy your besan chilla.
