- First of all, take a cooker add 2 glasses of water in it then add 1 kg tamarind(imli) then close the add and 2 or 3 whistles to it.
- After that remove the imli from the cooker and take strainer put the imli in that add mash it well we will get the pulp of imli.
- Then take a pan on gas on the flame put that imli pulp in the pan then add 1 cup of jaggery in it and salt as required and 2 teaspoons red chill powder, mix it well and boil up till it becomes thick. Then turn off the gas and put it in the pan until it cool then put in the container and ready to serve.
