- In a kadai take oil and add mustard seeds, hing and curry leaves and as it spluttter add chopped onion and saute for 5 mins.
- Chop the potatoes and add to the onions.Add at to taste and the chettinand masala around 2-3 tbsp and give it a mix and cook on low flame for 5 mins.
- Instant chatpata potatoes are ready.. Serve with dal rice, chapati or u can also serve as starter.. For starter use baby potatoes.
