- Finely chop the methi after washing properly.
- Add it in the wheat and mix and make dough.
- Take the large piece from the dough and flatten it with belan.
- Than in a bowl add salt, heing, jeera, laal mirch in a little amount of oil.
- Spread the paste on the flattened dough evenly.
- Then roll it and take small amount and make the paratha😀
- Paratha is ready.
- Mooli ka paratha
- Crush the mooli and keep it for sometimes after adding salt.
- Then drain the water from the mooli with the help of the drained water make the dough for paratha.
- For the stuffing of paratha add chopped adrak,harimirch and dhaniya.
- And add masala(heing,salt,mirch,kalanamak,kali mirch acc. to taste).
- Mix them well the stuffing is ready.

- Matar ka paratha
- Finelly chop the matar after washing them properly.
- In them add chopped adark,dhaniya,lasun,pyaz,hari mirch.
- Add the masala as mentioned above.
- Aloo paratha
- Boil and mash aloo and add above mentioned masala and ingredients
