  10. Add the required amount of dough in the bowl. Add salt and Ajwain in it.
  11. Keep Adding water as per requirement and knead the dough.
  12. The dough is ready to be used.
  13. Take a small amount of dough and roll it like chappati. Make heart shaped using knife like I did or with cookie cutter.
  14. Deep fry the Hearts and your Pooris are Ready.
  15. Add the Peas, potatoes and carrots into the kadhai. If needed add more water so that the vegetables cool properly. Cover the kadhai. For 5 mins.
