For the coconut chutney: Add coconut, chana dal, coconut powder, chiles, tamarind seeds, cilantro and salt to a high-powdered blender with water and blend to a smooth paste consistency. - Keep soaked and cleaned rice and dal in a mixer to make the dosa batter use water as required in the batter mix the Onion, green chilli, coriander leaves and salt in the mashed potato in a bowl and mix it well saute it in a hot pan for 2 mins now the stuffing is ready for the dosa.
- Put the roasted peanuts and green chilli in a mixer to make chutney mix it well with salt and tamarind paste.
- Grease the oven tray set the timer for 6 mins spread the dosa batter on it after then flip. It and put the potato stuffing in the center of the dosa and wrap it.
- Serve this hot crispy masala dosa with peanut chutney.
