  1. First wash and soak the green moong dal for 10mins
  2. In a cooker heat 1/2tbsp green roast the dry daliya
  3. Then add soaked green moong dal,salt and 3cups water
  4. Close the lid and cook till 3 whistles on medium flame.
  5. In a large pan heat rest of the ghee
  6. Add hing jeera,mustard seeds,curry leaves and ginger chilli paste
  7. Then add tomato and capsicum and sauté them for 3-4mins on medium flame.
  8. Then add cooked daliya and add water if required…mix well
  9. Garnish with coriander leaves
  10. Serve and enjoy
