I make aloo gobi simply with onion and tomato, but this one is a spicy version with ginger garlic and other spices. This was quite a welcome change for me and Aj as usual loved it.

  2. Then put it in plate then in the same pan add oil then add cumin seeds saute.
  3. Add onion fry for 1min then add ginger garlic paste fry for 1min then add tomato and salt fry till it soft.
  4. Add all the dry spices except gram masala powder fry for 2min on low flame.
  5. Add boiled potato, peas, and gobhi fry for 2min.
  6. Add 1cup water then add gram masala powder and sprinkle coriander leaves cook for 5min.
  7. Turn off the flame, sabji is ready to serve.
