- Take 2 tbsp malai
- Make ready 1 tsp coconut powder
- Make ready 4 almonds crush
- Make ready Ingredients for barfi
- Take 1 1/2 cup milk
- Get 1 tbsp powder milk
- Take 3 tbsp sugar to taste
- Take 2 green ellachi powder
- Make ready 1 tbsp ghee/oil
- Prepare 4,5 burfi balls+3 almonds crush
- Get 2,3 parath s’
Laddu or laddo is an Indian and Pakistani dessert recipe. When the temperature comes down to warm, take small portions of the mixture to your palms and press down with your fingers to form round balls. You can also roll them in desiccated coconut if you prefer. To roll the balls in coconut make sure the balls are still warm and moist.

- For barfi heat pan add ghee/oil and illach than cook 1 minute than add milk boiled it on low flame until it becomes 3/4 cup than add milk powder and sugar stir it well on low flame.Now turn iff the flame and take a bowl grease with little oil in pour the burfi mixture add crush almonds spread heat and cool it on room temperature for 1 hour, than to cut it into squares or to make 4, 5 barfi balls (laddo) coat with sprinkles.
- Now hot chicken reshmi roll paratha will be ready to serve with yummy barfi(laddo)enjoy it.
