  3. Dry roast all the whole masala and make a fine powder of it - - Now take the same oil that is left after frying vegetable
  4. Heat it again and put all the tempering masala in it - - When it starts cracking add onion paste to it
  5. After 5 min on high flame add all the dry masala and cook for another 5 minutes - - Now add the prepared roasted masala and green peas and cook till oil comes out
  6. Add salt and fried cauliflower and potatoes mix it well with light hands - - Add 1 glass of water or according to the thickness of gravy you need
  7. Cook till cauliflower and potatoes are completely cooked - - Off the gas and garnish it with chopped coriander and kasoori methi and serve it hot with roti or paratha
