  4. Now take dough, make it smooth,take out 1 lemon size ball, roll it like a small size puri, apply oil on it, put stuffings of aloo matar on it, close the edges of round puri taking the pleates together, close it, press the stuffed ball, dust dry maida on it, roll softly a round paratha..
  5. Heat a tawa, gas flame should be medium, put a paratha, roast both sides turn by turn applying with oil, roadt till golden brown, make other parathas in same manner..
  6. Aloo matar samosa paratha is ready to serve..
