- Heat oil in a pan add hing mustard seeds dalia urad dal chillies and onion & sauté it
- Add turmeric & potatoes and mix well.
- Now heat a tawa…apply some oil and wipe it with tissue or a cloth.
- Put 1tbsp batter and spread it outward to make dosa
- Put oil on the sides…let it cook
- Then put masala in the centre and fold or serve masala separately
- Serve with chutney
