Add some water ,stir till lumps dissolve. ( add water in small portions, else it will be inconvenient Slightly stir the boondi fry until golden brown. Once crisp, take out with seive keep on a tissue.
Steps to make Masala Boondi Papad Chat:
- Take a bowl add besan and oil mix and then add small amount of water…keep mixing…after mixing it keep for 3o seconds..keep paste dropping consistency.
- Heat the oil in a large pan on high flame..Oil has got hot turn the flame to medium.
- Making for Boondi take a spatula (jhar).hold the spatula just over the frying pan and start pouring besan paste.
- Keep pouring the paste and the Boondi's will automatically start frying in the pan.
- Fry them on medium flame until they turn light golden…take them out of frying pan.
- Crispy Boondi is ready to make Boondi papad chat..
- Take a bowl and keep Boondi,Onion,tomato,cucumber and add all the spices mix well and then add lemon juice and mix.
- Roste papad and cut into 4 pieces. Set it in a plate..fill it up with Boondi mixture…Top it chopped coriander leaves.
- Serve this immediately and enjoy it.
