  1. Soak broken Wheat in water for 2 hours & both Dals for half hour
  2. Take cooker add soaked and washed Daliya and dals.add 3 cups water and required salt..keep on slow flame till 20 minutes
  3. Let it cool down then open the lid..it will cooked
  4. Now take a pan..add oil add all khada masala let it crackle add chopped garlic chopped onion and cook for 2 minutes
  5. Now add chopped tomatoes and other masalas…mix well add 1 cup water let it boil
  6. Add this mixture in cooked khichdi mix properly adjust constituency by adding water..cook for 5 minutes lastly add ghee
  7. Tasty khichdi is ready to serve
