- Steam the broccoli florets or microwave for 1 min on high. Thaw the sweet corn and microwave for 1 min.
- Heat oil in the pan. Add chopped garlic, ginger, big Elaichi, chopped broccoli, carrot and sweetcorn.
- Add black pepper, garam masala, salt and mints leaves and mix it well with vaggies.
- Add Cooked rice to the pan and stir fry for 2 to 3 mints.
- Test and adjust all the seasoning.
- Top with cheese. And switch off the gas and serve.

- Cut the onion tomato green chilli and coriander leaves.
- Mix it well.and add the salt chat masala and lemon juice.
