  8. Add the water. Need to khichdi.
  9. Sesan with salt pressure cook for 14 or 15 minutes. For 7 To 8 whistles.
  10. When the pressure falls down on its own, remove the lid.
  11. Serve vegetables Masala khichdi hot drizzled with a teaspoon of ghee if you prefer. Accompany a side salad raita pickle aur a plain curd by the side.
  12. You can garnish with a few chopped coriander leaves if you want.
  13. Ready to eat Masala khichdi.
