Instructions to make Masala moong dal khichdi:
- Take A cooker put oil and heat it add cumin seeds and green chilli and put onions and fry it till colour chng and then add tomatoes and cook it 1….2 min
- After that put into dal, red chilli powder and garam masala and fry it well
- Then add moong dal put into water and cook it for 5….10 min on low flame
- Now add rice and put into water and cover the cooker
- Cook it for 5….10 min on high to low flame
- Now masala khichdi is ready to serve with curd and pickle
