Steps to make Sookhe Aloo matar:
- Wash and Chop potatoes in small pieces and clean peas.
- Now clean, wash and chop onion garlic and ginger. Make puree of tomato by grating it.
- Heat oil in a karahi and put cumin seeds and when cumin seeds splutter put finely chopped garlic and ginger. Sauté for 2 minutes.
- Now add chopped onion and sauté it for 2 minutes.
- Add tomato puree and cook for 2 minutes. Add all dry masale and mix well.
- Add potatoes and peas and 2 tb spoon water. Mix well and cover with lid and cook till oil leaves the karahi.
- Serve hot with chapatti. Garnished with coriander leaves.
