- Then heat the pan add gram flour(besan) roast in very slow flame for 1-2 min
- Heat the kadai add oil when oil is hot add cumin seed after crackle of cumin seed add chopped onion fry till onion get soft then add ginger garlic paste saute for 1 min then add tomato puree,green chilli paste,salt and all dry Masala like roasted gram flour,amchur,turmeric,red chilli,garam masala and coriander powder mix it well saute till oil separate from masala
- Then add boiled chopped potato and green peas mix it well then add 2 glass water
- Cook for 8-10 min in medium flame gravy thickness depends upon you how much you want thick or watery gravy
- Garnish with coriander leaves
- Serve hot with poori's
