- In another pot set on fire add the Palm oil when hot add the blended ingredients and stir leave for 3-4mins then add the seasonings maggi curry salt garlic powder gnut powder and stir again add leave it for 10 - 15 mins in low heat then add the washed chopped spinach stir and remove from the fire
