  3. Add carrots and stir for sometime add coriander leaves and let it cool for a while.
  4. Take mixer jar add carrot mixture add salt, jagarry and grind adding little water.
  5. Heat oil in pan add musterd seeds,hing, curry leaves add to chutney and chatpata spicy carrot chutney is ready to serve.
