Instructions to make Chicken kosha curry:
  1. Wash and peel the potatoes
  2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the potatoes and remove it.
  3. Marinate the chicken with lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,garam masala powder and kashmiri red chilly powder.
  4. Keep aside for an hour.
  5. Heat oil in a pan.
  6. Add whole red chilly and onion and saute for 3 - 4 mins
  7. Now add garlic cloves,chopped tomato,coriander powder,cardamom powder and saute for 3 - 4 mins
  8. Add marinated chicken and green chilly and mix well.
  9. Cover it and cook in a medium flame.
  10. When chicken is half done add fried potato,black pepper powder,sugar and salt and mix well
  11. Add half cup of water and bring to boil,cook for five mins.
