- Now add tricolour bell peppers, mix nicely, cook for 2 - 3 minutes, then add salt, oregano, chilli flakes and italian seasoning
- Mix well, then switch off the gas and add chopped coriander, grated cheese and tomato chilli sauce, mix them nicely, the stuffing is ready
- Now take one cabbage leaf and place it on a surface, then it some stuffing mixture in the center and fold it from all the sides
- Seal the ends properly with a toothpick, in this way prepare the other rolls too
- Now heat water in a big vessel for steaming, place a big strainer over it and put the ready rolls in the strainer
- Cover the lid and steam for 15 minutes, after steaming it will look like this
- The leaves will become transparent, you can see the stuffing from outside only, arrange them in a serving plate and serve hot with any sauce or you can have it as it is
